Role SummaryThe L2 Microsoft SharePoint Administrator will be responsible for administration, support, and operational management of SharePoint environments, ensuring availability, performance, governance, and secure collaboration for business users.Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint On‑Prem
- Perform site collection administration, permissions, and access management
- Handle L2 incidents, service requests, and user issues
- Support content management, document libraries, workflows, and versioning
- Monitor SharePoint health, performance, storage, and usage
- Support platform upgrades, patching, and migrations
- Enforce governance, compliance, and security policies
- Assist in integration with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform)
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–8 years of experience in Microsoft SharePoint administration
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online / SharePoint On‑Prem
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, permissions, and security models
- Exposure to Power Apps / Power Automate is preferred
- Experience working in ITIL‑based support environments
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder coordination skills
Pay: ₹367,758.78 - ₹1,480,022.16 per year
