(Internal Title: Business System Configuration / Development II)
Working Conditions:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Project Controls, Data Analytics, or Analytics Engineering.
Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of managing "hard" client relationships, navigating pushback, and driving consensus across technical and non-technical teams.
Power BI Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and UI/UX design principles for executive reporting.
Domain Knowledge: Understanding of capital project controls, scheduling, or construction management
Snowflake & SQL: Strong SQL skills with the ability to query, transform, and model data within Snowflake. You must understand how to prepare data for optimal BI performance.
Data Translation: Experience taking raw data from disparate systems (CSV, Excel, JSON) and turning it into a cohesive business story (Star schema, dimensional modeling).
Agile Collaboration: Comfort working with JIRA, Git, and agile methodologies.
Holding recognized Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP, etc.)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
