About the role
Kaimetrix is seeking a skilled Web Developer (Intermediate / Journeyman) to design, develop, maintain, and enhance web‑based applications and SharePoint solutions supporting the Program Executive Officer for Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO STRI). The Web Developer will ensure PEO STRI’s public websites, intranet platforms, and web applications remain modern, accessible, secure, and fully operational in support of mission requirements.
This role requires a balanced blend of front‑end web development, SharePoint content management, UI/UX support, and enterprise web platform maintenance, with a focus on moderately complex applications developed under guidance. The Web Developer will collaborate closely with technical teams, NetOps, and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and support ongoing modernization initiatives, including the transition to SharePoint Online.
This position is ideal for a web professional who enjoys combining hands‑on front‑end development, content updates, and collaborative problem‑solving within a DoD enterprise environment. The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining and evolving mission‑critical web and SharePoint platforms for PEO STRI while supporting usability, performance, and modernization objectives.
