Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer with strong experience in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune/MDM) to design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable, and automated infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will have a mandatory working experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, and a deep understanding of cloud governance, automation, and operational excellence within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure for compute, storage, networking, and security services.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and other IaC tools to ensure repeatability and scalability.
- Administer and optimize Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions for endpoint security, compliance, and lifecycle management.
- Configure and maintain Azure Active Directory, role-based access controls (RBAC), and identity governance.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployment using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance across cloud workloads using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
- Implement security best practices for data protection, compliance, and vulnerability management.
- Collaborate with application, security, and DevOps teams to support hybrid and cloud native environments.

- Document architectures, standards, and operational processes.
- Support disaster recovery, backup, and high availability configurations in Azure.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering or systems administration.
- Hands-on experience with:
o Azure Infrastructure Services: Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage Accounts, NSGs, Load Balancers, Azure Policy.
o Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform (preferred), ARM Templates, or Bicep.
o MDM / Intune: Device enrollment, compliance policies, app protection policies, and endpoint configuration.
o Azure Active Directory: Identity, access, and conditional access policies.
o Automation: PowerShell, Python, or Azure CLI scripting.
o Monitoring & Logging: Azure Monitor, Sentinel, Log Analytics.
- Strong understanding of networking, security principles, and governance in Azure environments.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, or CI/CD tools for infrastructure automation.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
o Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
o Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
o Terraform Associate (HashiCorp Certified)
- Familiarity with Windows 365 / Endpoint Management, Defender for Endpoint, and Azure Security Center.
- Exposure to hybrid environments integrating on-prem Active Directory with Azure AD.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes (AKS) or containerized infrastructure is a plus.
