About the Role
As an ERP Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) environment. You’ll work cross‑functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations to ensure the system supports daily business activities efficiently—while identifying opportunities for improvement.
This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, training users, and driving continuous system enhancements.
What You'll Do
- Provide functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Resolve user issues, system errors, and data-related problems.
- Support core processes such as sales, purchasing, inventory, production, logistics, and finance.
- Translate business needs into new functional ERP improvements.
- Manage mini projects to implement / roll out these new functionalities
- Support testing, documentation, and user training.
- Help maintain data quality and process standardization.
- Work with business teams, IT, and external partners on system improvements and projects
What We're Looking For
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Good understanding of business processes, preferably in Supply Chain and Manufacturing, with a sound knowledge of underlying finance processes.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Hands-on, structured, and service-oriented.
- Experience with user support, testing, training and documentation.
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems or any other related field
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
