Love modern workplace tech? We’re looking for a hands-on Systems Administrator to keep our end-user environment and core enterprise platforms stable, secure and running smoothly. Sitting within Enterprise IT and reporting to the General Manager IT, you’ll jump in on real problems across Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint management and workplace tech—then turn what you learn into practical improvements that lift reliability, standardisation and the overall user experience.
About the role
- Provide reliable second-level support across end-user computing, infrastructure and core enterprise systems.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune) and related cloud services.
- Manage user access, security groups, permissions and device compliance aligned to security standards.
- Build, deploy and maintain standardised laptops/devices using modern endpoint management tools.
- Own incidents and service requests end-to-end via the service desk, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Support onboarding/offboarding to ensure timely access, equipment provisioning and access removal.
- Maintain IT asset lifecycle records, configuration information and clear technical documentation.
- Identify recurring issues and implement practical improvements to systems and processes.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years’ experience in systems administration or advanced IT support (enterprise/corporate environments).
- Strong, hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience (Exchange, Entra ID/Azure AD) and Intune/device management.
- Solid Windows and endpoint management capability, with a strong grasp of identity services and access control.
- Good understanding of cyber security principles, baseline controls and device compliance.
- Proven ability to diagnose issues, perform root cause analysis and implement effective fixes.
- Strong documentation habits and process discipline.
- Confident communicator who can support non-technical users.
- Nice to have: exposure to ERP/enterprise business systems, integrations/automation, and/or ITIL/ITSM experience.
