We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Operations Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with tax and statutory regulations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, GST filing, import & export documentation, and proficiency in accounting software such as Tally and Busy. The candidate will also assist in preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and forecasting financial performance The position offers ₹20000 - ₹25000 and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
2. Taxation & Compliance:
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
- Assist in TDS calculations, returns, and statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and government regulations.
3. Import & Export Accounting:
- Handle import/export documentation, including invoices, bills of entry, shipping bills, and foreign remittance records.
- Reconcile foreign currency transactions and coordinate with customs and logistics teams.
4. Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare financial statements such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting.
- Support management with MIS reports and cost control analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (Master’s preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in accounts operations, preferably in a trading or manufacturing firm.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Busy, and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and import/export accounting.
- Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements and budgets.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of foreign exchange transactions and banking procedures related to import/export.
- Familiarity with statutory audits and internal control systems.
- Certification in Tally/Busy or GST compliance (added advantage)
