Duties
- Develop, manage, and optimize sales quotation processes to ensure timely and accurate proposals for clients.
- Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL to analyze sales data, forecast trends, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and craft customized quotations aligned with strategic objectives.
- Create detailed business reports and dashboards using data visualization tools like Visio, Tableau, and Power BI to support decision-making.
- Support project management efforts related to sales initiatives, process enhancements, and system integrations.
- Conduct business analysis to identify bottlenecks in sales workflows and recommend innovative solutions for increased efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive records of quotations, sales metrics, and process documentation to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience with data analysis skills utilizing SQL, Tableau, Power BI or similar analytics platforms.
- Strong business analysis capabilities with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or equivalent platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of project management principles to coordinate multiple initiatives effectively.
- Demonstrated understanding of sales processes, forecasting techniques, and business intelligence tools.
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate across teams and present findings clearly. Nice-to-have skills include proficiency in Visio for process mapping and experience with business intelligence tools that support strategic analysis.
