We are looking for a Lead CRM Developer with 7+ years of experience to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
In this role, you will combine hands-on development with architectural thinking and team leadership. You will be responsible for building scalable CRM systems, enabling automation, and delivering high-impact business applications.

- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, plugins, custom workflows, and Web APIs.
- Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps) and Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of CRM data models and system architecture.
- Experience with Azure services such as Service Bus, Functions, and Logic Apps.
- Knowledge of API integrations and event-driven architecture.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and ALM practices.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Design and implement scalable Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Develop complex customizations including plugins, workflows, and APIs.
- Build and manage Power Apps and automate business processes using Power Automate.
- Design and implement integrations with external systems and third-party platforms.
- Leverage Azure services to build scalable and reliable integration solutions.
- Ensure best practices in performance optimization, security, and solution design.
- Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring coding standards and quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution planning.
- Manage deployments, versioning, and environment strategies.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance across systems.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
