Job Summary
We are hiring a Principal Consultant to support digital transformation initiatives across enterprise systems and business operations. The role involves working with stakeholders and delivery teams to help implement and improve solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, Azure, and related technologies.
The position focuses on programme support, stakeholder coordination, business process improvement, and solution delivery in complex organisational environments.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Delivery Support
- Support delivery of digital transformation programmes from planning to implementation
- Assist with programme coordination, reporting, and governance activities
- Support delivery teams in meeting defined scope and objectives
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work with business and technical stakeholders
- Support workshops, meetings, and requirement discussions
- Communicate updates clearly across teams
Business Process Improvement
- Support analysis of current business processes
- Contribute to process improvement and service enhancement activities
- Assist in aligning solutions with business and operational requirements
Solution Support
- Support delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform solutions
- Work with technical teams on configuration, testing, and deployment activities
- Support validation of solutions against requirements
Testing & Deployment Support
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) activities
- Support release preparation and deployment readiness tasks
- Help identify and track issues during delivery
Required Experience
- Experience working on digital transformation or system implementation projects
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform
- Experience working with business and technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting process improvement or service delivery change initiatives
- Ability to work in structured delivery environments
Preferred Experience
- Experience in public sector, healthcare, or regulated environments
- Familiarity with Azure or Microsoft cloud services
- Understanding of governance or compliance requirements
- Exposure to automation or data-driven solutions

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £90,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
