Hiring for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce POS Consultant (Contract Role)

We are looking for a D365 Commerce POS – Functional & Technical Consultant to support retail operations, POS configuration, integrations, and rollout activities.
Role Summary
Responsible for configuring, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce POS to ensure smooth store operations, integrations, and retail deployments.
Key Responsibilities
Functional:
Configure Store Commerce / Cloud POS (products, pricing, promotions, loyalty, tenders, receipts)
Support store operations (sales, returns, exchanges, click & collect, cash management, end-of-day processes)
Translate retail requirements into POS functional designs
Support rollouts, upgrades, and post go-live stabilization
Technical:
Develop POS extensions using TypeScript & D365 Commerce SDK
Integrate POS with D365 Finance, payment gateways, and third-party systems
Troubleshoot sync issues, channel database, and offline mode challenges
Support deployments, configurations, and performance tuning
Required Skills
Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail POS
Solid understanding of retail store operations
Hands-on experience in POS customization & integrations
Strong stakeholder collaboration (functional, technical, business)
