Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Design, build, test, and execute outbound e-marketing campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Manage Google Ads search campaigns and oversee SEO/SEM initiatives to increase inbound traffic and qualified leads.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to boost visibility and engagement.
- Oversee regular website updates and enhancements to align with marketing campaigns and business goals.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold emailing, cold calling, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build targeted lead lists and support sales initiatives.
- Support creative design needs of the division including creative concepting, design, photography touch-up, PowerPoint editing and light video editing.
- Ceate localized marketing collateral and content tailored to Southeast Asia industries and applications.
- Track and analyse campaign performance using GA, Power BI, CRM, and Excel dashboards for monthly reporting.
- Plan and execute tradeshows, roadshows, seminars, and webinars.
- Support coverage of prospect and customer inquiries that come in via phone, email, or chat channels.
- Traveling to support regional offices may be required.
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by regional managers when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Strong track record of planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid media, website, and offline channels) that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Experienced in python programming for data scraping (preferred)
- Abe to perform data-driven analysis and draw conclusions
- Experience in the B2B marketing (preferred)
- Strong skills in content creation
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and critical thinking
- A self-starter with strong attention to detail, resourceful, adaptable, and able to work both independently and to lead collaborative team when required • Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets (preferred)
- Willingness to travel regionally when required

- Skills: Experienced working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Google Ads, Canva, Google Analytics, Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel, UTM Builder, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, RocketReach (preferred) and ZoomInfo (preferred)
Pay: From $4,500.00 per month
