Job Title: Business Analyst

Position Type: Permanent and Hybrid (3 days/week onsite and Tuesday is mandatory); up to 30% travel
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting our ERP Solution Architects by documenting business requirements, developing process flows, identifying areas for improvement (aligning processes on the best industry practices), and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. Additional responsibilities include documenting SOPs (Standing Operating Procedures), providing user training, and providing application support. On projects without assigned Solution Architects, the B.A. will gather and analyze all business requirements and lead design workshops.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.
Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.
Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to the assigned Project Manager and/or PMO Director.
Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, project management, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant business experience working with strong D365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics CE (Customer Engagement). Knowledge of multiple ERP platforms such as SAP ECC, JDE E1 are assets.
Strong understanding of business processes and automations.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Strong proficiency in English (spoken & written); French and Spanish are assets.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
Experience with Power Platform, Azure Dev Ops, SharePoint, and other Microsoft tools.
Available to travel with the implementation team on occasion to support project activities.
