The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Central Sales Executive to join our team. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, targeting manufacturing and distribution companies across the US. This is a remote position with a competitive base salary plus commission structure.

If you know ERP, understand the challenges manufacturers and distributors face every day and love closing complex deals, this role is built for you.

What You Will Do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the manufacturing and distribution sectors
• Manage the full sales cycle including discovery, demos, proposals and contract negotiation
• Work closely with our consulting and implementation teams to deliver accurate scoping and client expectations
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools
• Represent iCepts at industry events, webinars and Microsoft partner activities
• Meet and exceed annual sales quotas

What You Bring

• Proven experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a comparable ERP solution (required)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and distribution business processes
• Track record of closing deals in the $50,000 to $500,000+ range
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical decision makers
• Self-directed work style with the discipline to succeed in a remote environment
• Experience with CRM tools for pipeline management
