The Senior Manager, Customer Insights is responsible for owning the Biosurgery platform customer insights strategy, including management of primary and secondary market research and market analytics within the Global Strategic Insights (GSI) team. This role serves as the insights representative on the Biosurgery platform team and a key partner to Global Strategic Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders. The Senior Manager will set and manage an integrated insights roadmap and proactively recommend tools, methodologies, and data sources to address strategic and tactical marketplace understanding needs. This role is accountable for translating research and analytics into clear, executive-ready implications and recommendations that drive decisions across pipeline strategy, portfolio prioritization, customer segmentation, value proposition, positioning, and launch readiness.
Responsibilities:
Own the Biosurgery platform insights strategy and integrated annual/rolling learning plan (primary research, secondary data, competitive intelligence, and forecasting) aligned to key business priorities and decision timelines.
Lead the end-to-end design and execution of primary market research initiatives, including business problem framing, methodology selection, instrument design, sampling strategy, vendor oversight, analysis, and synthesis
Translate complex, multi-source data into clear insights, implications, and recommendations, delivering executive-ready storylines that inform key decisions and drive action.
Lead initiatives to identify unmet needs, emerging trends, customer behaviors, and competitive dynamics; synthesize findings into decision frameworks that inform pipeline, portfolio prioritization, positioning, and launch readiness
Demonstrate an ability to influence multiple stakeholders, including senior management to ensure a data driven, insight approach to key business decisions and maximum impact thereof
Support platform business partners in:
Ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality execution of insight & forecasting activities.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement by implementing and refining processes, fostering innovation, and encouraging cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that all team initiatives are optimized for efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$122,000.00 - $212,750.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
