Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Automation & Digital Outreach Specialist to own and operate our digital outreach and marketing automation engine across email and other digital channels.
This role is execution‑focused and systems‑driven. The individual will be responsible for:
Building and managing audience segments
Designing and running automated customer journeys
Executing large‑scale digital and email outreach
Managing high volumes of contact and lead data
Ensuring governance, suppression, and compliance
This is not a brand, content, or creative marketing role. It is a marketing operations and automation role, working closely with Sales, RevOps, and CRM teams to enable scalable and controlled outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and manage automated customer journeys across email and other digital touchpoints
Configure multi‑step workflows with clear entry, exit, and branching logic
Implement suppression, exclusion, and pacing rules to control outreach volume
Monitor live journeys and resolve execution or data‑related issues
Create and maintain dynamic and static audience segments based on:
Contact and lead attributes
Account and relationship data
Engagement and behavioral signals
Maintain exclusion and suppression segments (customers, active opportunities, opt‑outs, etc.)
Align segmentation logic with Sales and Revenue Operations teams
Execute high‑volume email and digital outreach campaigns using marketing automation and bulk‑emailing platforms
Manage send schedules, throttling, and volume controls
Conduct pre‑launch checks (audience accuracy, logic validation, test sends)
Monitor delivery, engagement, and operational performance
Handle large‑scale data imports (CSV/Excel and system integrations)
Maintain clean and usable datasets across:
Contacts
Leads
Accounts
Work with CRM and data teams on:
Field mapping
Deduplication
Audience readiness for outreach
Ensure all outreach follows:
Consent and subscription preferences
Internal governance rules
Maintain clear separation between:
Cold outreach systems
Opt‑in marketing journeys
Prevent over‑communication and conflicts with active sales engagement
Track and analyze performance of:
Campaigns
Journeys
Segments
Identify opportunities to improve:
Audience quality
Journey logic
Outreach efficiency
Share insights with Sales and Marketing leadership
Required Skills & Experience
Must‑Have
Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms
Strong experience in:
Segmentation
Journey/workflow configuration
Bulk email or digital outreach execution
Experience managing large volumes of marketing and CRM data
Strong understanding of CRM concepts (Leads, Contacts, Accounts)
Detail‑oriented, process‑driven mindset
Preferred / Nice to Have
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights – Journeys/Data
Experience working alongside bulk email or outbound tools
Understanding of deliverability, suppression, and volume management
Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate or equivalents)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
