Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic Technical Lead to drive enterprise adoption of AI-assisted development across complex technology environments. This role focuses on implementing Copilot solutions across legacy systems, integrating custom agents, and leading organization-wide adoption initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a technical leader with strong generative AI experience, deep programming knowledge across multiple stacks, and proven success driving change across engineering organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise GitHub Copilot adoption strategy
- Conduct technical assessments with development teams
- Design adoption frameworks for legacy systems
- Oversee development of custom Copilot agents
- Manage quarterly rollout milestones
- Establish adoption KPIs and success metrics
- Provide technical leadership across engineering teams
- Interface with architects, leadership, and stakeholders
- Design and deliver training programs
- Ensure successful integration with COTS and legacy platforms
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in technical leadership roles
- 7+ years experience working with Generative AI in business environments
- Deep hands-on experience with:
- Java
- .NET
- C/C++
- scripting environments
- Proven experience implementing GitHub Copilot adoption strategies
- Experience overseeing custom Copilot agent development
- Strong project management experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
