Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support Smart Factory software solutions, including ERP, MES, and analytics platforms
- Deploy, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Premium)
- Assist customers with software installation, configuration, and system setup
- Support integration between ERP systems and shop floor / production environments
- Troubleshoot system, workflow, and data-related issues across software platforms
- Guide customers in aligning business processes with system capabilities
- Diagnose and document software issues, escalating complex cases as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams (Software, Service, Applications, Projects) to resolve customer challenges
- Support customer training sessions (on-site and remote)
- Assist with system updates, upgrades, and ongoing improvements

Qualifications
- Technical aptitude with experience in software implementation or support
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Preferred Experience
