Position Summary:
We’re looking for an Intermediate Systems Support Specialist who’s passionate about supporting our internal staff, so they can deliver the best patient care possible. You’ll join a small, collaborative team of developers and QA professionals who design, develop, and maintain applications that power our healthcare systems.
In this role, you’ll support the users and infrastructure for our call center staff, patient support personnel and healthcare professionals – both local and remote. Working with the support group at LifeLabs, you will play an integral part of the success of the company.
This role will support, administer, and maintain a diverse technology environment, including Microsoft 365, Azure Identity and infrastructure, local Windows Servers, and remote support for our applications used by clinics and hospitals.
The ideal candidate would have strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience supporting hybrid Active Directory environments, and the ability to work effectively with users, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
In-office expectations: Given the hands-on role, candidates must be able to work from the Hamilton office full-time.
