Microsoft 365 Solution Specialist

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Solution Specialist to support a digital upgrade program focused on SharePoint optimization, workflow automation, and operational efficiency. The role will configure practical business solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, Approvals, Lists, and Power BI. Location: Toronto, ON (On-site)

Responsibilities

• Design and configure SharePoint libraries, metadata, views, permissions, naming conventions, and document structures.
• Build Power Automate workflows for intake, routing, notifications, approvals, reminders, and escalations.
• Configure Microsoft Approvals, Teams notifications, and SharePoint or Microsoft Lists trackers.
• Support dashboard development using Power BI for workflow status, SLA tracking, and document management metrics.
• Support testing, UAT, defect resolution, pilot rollout, and transition to business ownership.
• Prepare configuration documentation, quick guides, and handover materials.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SharePoint Online configuration.
• Hands-on expertise in building Power Automate workflows.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Approvals, Lists, Forms, and Power BI.
• Good understanding of permissions, metadata, governance, and document control.
• Ability to translate business processes into simple Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with business and technical stakeholders.

Note : Salary ranges from CAD 60,000 to 80,000 per year, depending on experience.
